- Experience: At least 4 years in sales, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 level), excellent listening skills, and an energetic phone presence.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the sales, marketing, or data industries would be beneficial; however, we will provide training materials.
- Proven Track Record: Documented history of achieving sales results.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven by high achievement.
- Attributes: Naturally curious, passionate, and eager to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
- High Volume Prospecting: Conduct daily sales activities including calls, social media outreach, utilizing your own proven channels to qualify prospects and leads. Assess companies fit for offered fully managed service.
- Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with account executives to develop and implement effective selling strategies.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate client relationship data within our CRM system.
- Promote Managed Services: Highlight and effectively communicate the benefits of the offered fully managed service, starting from $3,000 a month, including account managers, developers, landing page development, Google Ads optimized hosting, and many more.
- On average, you will earn between USD90,000 - USD180,000 per year (based on 3 to 10 customers per month), plus commission and bonuses.
- We are looking for a contractor willing to spend at least 6 months on a full time basis contract.
- Working hours aligned with US business operating hours.
